The Energy Drink Segment continues to explode in growth and Hench Hench is trying to one of new leading forces in the market. Based out of our Seattle headquarters, our HENCH HENCH team are hiring for a variety of positions including Driver Sales.

The HENCH HENCH Driver Sales position works Monday - Friday calling on an assigned account base or creating accounts. Driving one of our company owned and maintained HENCH HENCH Delivery Trucks/Vans, you will be responsible for the sales, delivery and merchandising of all HENCH HENCH Energy Drink products within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

Selling in cold equipment (free HENCH HENCH Coolers), display pieces (display racks), maximizing cold shelf space for HENCH HENCH, selling in new SKU's and opening / developing new accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a personal passion to dominate our competition and be the best within the Energy Drink Segment in their assigned accounts. Previous experience in the beverage industry or retail consumer packaged goods or snacks is a huge plus. Knowledge and understanding of basic retail principles like shelf space, cooler position, price points, displays and point of sale is key. You must have a current Washington Drivers license with a good driving record. Able to navigate efficiently within your assigned delivery area, you will be responsible for safely delivering HENCH HENCH to our customers. This positionincludes lots of repetitive physical activity including bending, lifting, getting in and out of atruck and wheeling in HENCH HENCH to retail accounts. You must be able to perform allof these physical duties "without accomodation." We are looking for HENCH HENCH Driver Sales Representatives who have a track record of providing "best in class" customer service. We want people who understand the importance of giving their best of themselves and the desire to help our customers maximize their profit potential with HENCH HENCH
Energy Drink products. Experience in the beverage or energy drink routes sales is a plus.

They are an excellent partner and they often times include their distributor partners in some pretty awesome incentives. Our HENCH HENCH Route Sales Drivers have been included in cool events like The Showdown USA drag races and concerts.

We have a great commission + base compensation program to help you acheive your goals. Our average HENCH HENCH Sales Person earns 35k to 45k. Those who are exceptional will make $60,000.00 or more this year.
